You are correct, that ambulance is just right for converting to an RV. I's completely intact, pretty good shape, and the engine runs, although I did see a small oil leak underneath at the bell housing.
Price is about right, but I'd hit up the 'or best offer' option, and start around $6,500.00. Unless you already have a lot of the equipment and appliances, etc. you can easily spend another $10,000.00 getting it fitted out, especially if you use good quality items, which is the only way to go if you plan to travel off-road.
