Roof vent is a subject I have been pondering wondering how to know where to cut when I get mine?
Would rather not cut wires etc LOL. Fans dont come in small, med, large where a smaller one might fit between crossbars and not need to be cut?
I hate the thought of cutting too since it is there for strength, but if you have to it needs to be done because a fan for airflow is a must

The roof is overbuilt to withstand a roll over with people in back. Cutting one brace should be OK. I've seen pics of other ambulances where they installed fans or roof ACs.

Gosh your ceiling is so open and roomy, look at my project thread. I have all kinds of hardware and lights all over that I will need to move or remove for fan space

Installed the solar charge regulator, inverter, and 12v fuse blocks today. The batteries are now charging. Also got in two 15 gallon jugs that will be the freshwater and grey water tanks for my sink. Had to cut some metal to get one to go in. Looks fine with the door shut. The tall compartment is also where the propane will go.

Went out of town, so I haven't been working on the rig. Got lots of stuff on order.
Last week I ordered the license plate "JOKE" since I'm calling it the Jokebulance. I do stand up comedy and previously built a comedy club out of a prison bus called the Stand Up Bus. The ambulance will also be used as a hangout for comics at larger events for the bus. Registered @jokebulance on Twitter and Instagram as well.
