Dish washing... what is your plans?

My idea is simple, not typical, and very little water use.

SAND-- sterilized sorta. One bucket of a say 15lbs of sand. Another bucket for dirty sand collection

Procedure:
. scoop up some sand and rub into plate/cup/dish/cookware
. brush item off into dirty sand bucket repeat if necessary
. rinse with non potable water if needd
. sterilize item with
... heat, alcohol. or bleach.
. when needed.... take dirty sand and boil or bake it steril/cook away stuff mixed in sand. Put it in clean sand bucket when done.

needed material.....
. powdered bleach (pool shock) could last for years
. sand.... could last for years?
. alcohol .... have a small still to make your own?

Interesting take. I just bought a collapsible strainer... might not need a sink. Figure soak and light rinse with water jug
