The weight vs strength ratio is darn good already-- not a lot to gain, and for untold hassle. If I were to go "there", I'd go with cabinet grade 3/16" or 5mm birch ply and fiberglass the boxes, or epoxy paint . For extremes, I've even used polyester resin on corrugated cardboard and f...

I've read that Reflectix starts to wear. Tho (only to me?) it screams, "someone is inside", its pretty opaque. While my other concern was light getting out, lets face it: ambus have ZERO stealth.
